I am a diabetic. i took norvasc (amlodipine) for two months. one day, iwoke up withe peripheral neuropathy. there was no gradualonset. can norvasc (amlodipine) bring this on?

Unlikely: It is extremely unlikely to be brought on suddenly by the norvasc (amlodipine). Diabetes is a known cause of neuropathy, and probably the most common cause. It may have be so gradual that you didn't notice it, until 1 day you did.

Not due to: Norvasc (amlodipine). It can happen spontaneously in increased frequency in people with diabetes, particularly if they don't keep their weight, glucose, lipids and BP under control.

Not sac neuropathy : Norvasc is amlodipine and a commonly used vasodilator for blood pressure control does not have neuropathy s a side effect.
