Of course, but : Helpful to know why you have peripheral neuropathy, as treatment does vary. An EMG can classify, and perhaps guide treatment approaches. There are medical foods, metanx, drugs such as lyrica, (pregabalin) cymbalta, and some nerve problems reverse with ivig infusions. So persevere, as there could be great success.

Vit B, DHA,: Myelogram does not test for peripheral neuropathy. 19 y/o with peripheral neuropathy extremely unlikely. Recommend getting electrophysiological workup (e.I. By neurologist) and have them confirm the diagnosis. If you do have peripheral neuropathy, dha and vitamin b complex supplementation may be beneficial.

Neuropathy: Seek counsel from a neurologist there may be an indication for neuroleptic medicine. If you have a surgical problem on imaging they can refer you to a spine surgeon.
