Injection: If you are young and have a symptomatic TFCC tear diagnosed after a consistent history, physical examination and saline- enhanced MRI scan then arthroscopic repair or debridement( based on location ) is the treatment of choice .If this is not available to you or you have to wait for surgery then an injection into this area w/ steroid/ Marcaine can be helpful until surgery can be done.
