Depends: If your TFCC is torn in the middle and needs to be cleaned up like a meniscus in the knee, you will probable has little immobilization and then active use. You might have 2-4 weeks of discomfort. If you tore the TFCC off the bone and it needs to be repaired then you will be immobilized for up to 6 weeks and then need a rehabilitation program.
