Please tell me, could a full thickness tfcc tear heal without surgery?

Doubtful: The tfcc has two components. The central component is cartilage with poor blood supply that is not capable of healing on its own if torn. The peripheral component is both ligamentous and cartilaginous, has better blood supply and is capable of healing if torn. However the majority of peripheral tears require arthroscopic repair , a trial of immobilization may result in the tear healing sometimes.
