Not much: although the MRI was unhelpful and quit telling you the cause I am I going to do a lot of brain tumor hydrocephalus calling for a consult

Normal finding: The fourth ventricle should be midline in the posterior fossa and would be considered a normal finding. My best guess is an MRI was performed to rule out any sort of intracranial lesion. Followup with your physician would be helpful to discuss this as well as further treatment options for your headaches. Evaluation by a neurologist who specializes in headaches may also be very helpful.

Normal: The fourth ventricle is supposed to be midline. As long as there was no dilation of the ventricle then there is nothing to worry about regarding the report.

Normal....: This is a normal finding. Ventricles in the brain are simply spaces filled with fluid. The location of these spaces are used to determine the brain's location in the skull. The "fourth ventricle" is in the cerebellum the back portion of the brain..the ventricle should be "midline" Your chronic headaches should be evaluated by a headache specialist/neurologist.
