A member asked:

Lg area of uptake in rt cerebellopontine angle on cerv spine mri but not noted in mri of posterior fossa? could it be missed? cpa tumor fits symptoms.

Find a good neurosur: A second opinion from another neurosurgeon may be the next best thing to do. Unless we have access to all mris, we can not give you an opinion. So see another neurosurgeon for his/her opinion. It should not be difficult to sort this out.
