Yes there are: but you need to be evaluated first in person by your doctor I routinely recommend aerobic and breathing exercises. It is also important to have someone to talk to see if a prescription medication would be helpful. so you can function.

Treatment: Many effective treatments: first get evaluated - you could start with your PCP, a therapist or a psychiatrist. Both medication and psychotherapy are extremely helpful. First line meds are SSRIs, but avoid benzodiazepines. Other things that can help: breathing exercises, working out/hiking/fun exercise, yoga, meditation/mindfulness training and more intimacy with your partner.
