I don't like taking pills and smoke pot to control my anger and anxiety. i would like to find a better way without prescription pills that do not work?

Try aerobic exercise: I agree that pills and pot may not be the best way to control your anger and anxiety. Behavioral methods can often work well. Try keeping a log of when you feel anxious or angry, to learn what triggers it (situations, people, lack of food or sleep?). Try going to the gym or taking a brisk walk or run for 30 min every day. Try slow regular breathing for 2 minutes - can calm you down. Good luck!

Therapy : Therapy can address your anger and anxiety and there are no side effects! Also consider meditation to tame your "monkey mind".
