Try aerobic exercise: I agree that pills and pot may not be the best way to control your anger and anxiety. Behavioral methods can often work well. Try keeping a log of when you feel anxious or angry, to learn what triggers it (situations, people, lack of food or sleep?). Try going to the gym or taking a brisk walk or run for 30 min every day. Try slow regular breathing for 2 minutes - can calm you down. Good luck!
