Ive been taking buspirone for about a year now twice a day (5mg) each. and i stopped taking it for around 3 days due to the fact that i couldnt refill my prescription and i think that my anxiety was better. am i allowed to stop taking it or taper?

It's better to taper from twice a day to one a day then every other day and as needed.
