You need to: be on the proper dose of BRAND NAME T4 replacement to increase your levels and bring your thyroid numbers into the normal range. THere's no way to tell you how much you need to increase, but 125 mcg may be sufficient. Check w/your doctor.

Thyroid results: Every lab has it own control levels and I am not sure what they are for the lab used by your doctor. Discuss adjusting dosing with you doctor , as each person is different.. Usually it takes 1-2 month to equlibrate for a repeat level.
