how do i know if a lumps is a cyst or lipoma? it's right under my rib, hard and the size of a marble. doctor won't biopsy

See below: A lipoma is soft not hard.You can go to a general sugeon who can remove it and it will be checked by a pathologist.Chances are very likely it is something benign.Good kuck.
