Can 3 hard pea lumps just be lipomas? doctor said not to worry but he really didn't do much to check. does it need to be biopsy

Get a second opinion: You're not satisfied. Pea-sized hard lumps are often really dermatofibromas. Most physicians can spot cancers of the skin easily enough though naming the benign lesions is more of a challenge. If you're at all concerned, get with a dermatologist.
