Super unlikely: Sarcoma is a rare disease. It is highly unlikely you have one. Having said that, its easy enough to remove, and if it's causing anxiety, then get it removed. Most general surgeons would do this with local anesthesia, and you would go home the same day. Back to usual activities in 1-2 days. Risks are low, and generally not serious. Hope this helps!

No sarcoma: Small soft lesion on calf usually benign. Rare to have sarcoma present as such. If it is a lipoma it probably will not grow much larger if at all A transforming lipoma is bx at around 10 cm. suggesting changes taking place. Any lesion should periodically be observed and if found to change by becoming firmer or increase significantly in size then bx indicated.
