2nd dose 1-2 mos: CDC recommendations suggest that the first (of three) Hep B dose for infants be given in the hospital when the baby is born which, it sounds, was done. The second dose should be given at 1-2 months of age, and the third dose can be given between 6 months and 18 months of age. There could be some variations if your baby was given a combination Hepatitis A AND B vaccine. Check with your provider.
