No: It means that you are not immune. If you have not received the hepatitis B vaccination, you should. If you have received it, you should try to be re-vaccinated. Some patients do not respond to the vaccine, and there are some ways to improve the response rate, e.g. double dosing or more than the recommend number of doses. Presently, you are at risk for acquiring Hepatitis B
