Unclear: The reasons very as to why this is still inflamed. The lymph nodes usually swell with infection but would expect it to be back to normal if the tooth infection is resolved. How are the remainder of the teeth. Are your gums infected? These are usually reasons for nodes to remain enlarged. You need to see your dentist.

That's ok: If the CT scan was normal then I wouldn't worry - the lymph node can stay swollen for months and may never go completely away.
