Vague: It depends upon the issue that you have with the tooth. If the tooth is infected, there is a chance that the infection has spread into the blood stream, etc. Look at all options and go see a dr. Asap.

NO: Ct scan only detect hard tissue change such as bone or dental implant. Lymph node and swelling is better diagnosed with mri.
