I am confused: Ct could characterize the size of the nodes and give hints about the concern, but only a biopsy would definitively rule out malignancy.

Close observation: If they are growing in size, i would strongly consider an excisional biopsy to make sure there is not any evidence of lymphoma or any types of infection.
