Exercise regularly: set up a program where you exercise regularly. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. For shorter distances, walk instead of driving. Eat smaller portions several times per day.

Medical weight loss: look in your area for physicians that assist with medical weight loss. there are several medications that can help in the short term: adipex, qsymia, belviq (lorcaserin). you can't out exercise a bad diet so really work on eating high quality food that you make from scratch. avoid anything made in a factory or fast food restaurant. if you have the money consider a personal trainer or diet coach.

Start new habits: Here's my simplistic answer to start with. 1. Start an exercise program. Do something every day even if it is only walking at the mall or around the block. You may have one day off if tired or sore. 2. Eat all the vegetables you like, but not butter, less than a tbs per day. Raw vegetables: the more the better. 3. Drink a glass of water before meals. 4. Sleep 7-8 hr 5. Eat breakfast every am
