Priorities: Determine which is more important to you - consuming large quantities of food or striving for a healthier weight. Let that compass guide you. Eat healthfully & be physically active. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Calories burned must > calories consumed. Do both cardio & weight training.

Love better foods.: You can love food, just love the right ones. Choose healthy foods and sensible portions. Or perhaps try to love not food itself but cooking. Love preparing healthy gourmet meals in your own kitchen. And love yourself. Don't be so self-deprecating.
