You might: Eating clean goes a long way to getting your body healthier. Activity is important also! even 30 minutes of total walking (could be broken up into more than one time period) will help your body increase its metabolism. If you were to walk for 15 minutes after lunch and dinner, if would be better for you. You can also work with a trainer & nutritionist to develop a plan. Accountability helps!
