A member asked:

Given that hiv 1 rna pcr test result undetectable 25 days after possible exposure, when and which hiv test to take next?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

HIV: If you are negative by HIV RNA PCR at 25 days after exposure the chances of you becoming HIV positive are next to nil. If you really want to test yourself a combination test which includes p24 antigen and HIV antibody can be done at 3 months. Think you are going to be fine.
