Tough to know but...: That is impossible to answer- everyone is so different. What if there are special reasons to exercise less, or more? What if you cannot do exercises? We have learned that at minimum, regular walking exercise 20-40 minutes per day, without stopping, 3-4 times a week, has some great benefits for our health. The benefits diminish a bit, relative to the effort that is needed, with more exercise.
