I'm a runner. how do i manage post exercise hypotension? i feel wiped for the rest of the day, near syncope, need to nap. this has been going on for years. md currently recommended high salt and fluids prior and after. it doesn't help that great?

Less can be more: Hydration is important but there are other factors. You might need to slow your pace and build it back over time as you feel better. And/Or you might need to decrease your distance and build it back up over time after you get feeling better. You need to make sure you are getting enough calories in daily to meet your needs. Adequate sleep is also critical. Rule out anemia with a blood test. Best.
