Exercise can be fun: There are many fun things to try- hula hooping, zumba dance, walking, running, tennis, swimming. If you like team sports, try volleyball, basketball soccer and more. To maintain healthy weight exercise 20-30 min a day. For weight loss a combination of healthy eating, aerobic exercise and strength training is key. Don't skip breakfast and stay well hydrated. Skip sodas and you are on your way!
