150 min/wk moderate: National guidelines recommend that adults get at least 150 minutes/week of moderate intensity or 75 minutes/week of high intensity physical activity, as well as doing strength training twice a week. Moderate intensity means you can carry on a conversation while you're exercising. With high intensity, it's hard to have a conversation. If you're not sure how much you need to do, talk to your doctor.
