Concerta: That's a significant dose of tramadol to combine with another CNS active agent. Caution is advised. Concerta is methylphenidate as a long acting form of ritalin, ( a stimulant). If you have risk factors for seizure, like head injury , etoh use, other drugs, etc, you have a risk of seizure. Stimulants lower seizure threshold, as does tramadol. Together it multiplies risk, . Weigh vs. Benefits.
