Yes: Tramadol is not an NSAID like the others . Since swelling from NSAID is usually considered specific to that NSAID instead of all NSAIDs, it is interesting to note that your husband has become allergic to two types of NSAID. Avoid all NSAID unless ok'd by an allergist.
