Fruits: Your diet should be based on fruits and vegetables, plenty of water. The most important part is exercise, intense enough to make you sweat. Start low and go slow with your exercise routine. Do not snack, drink water if hungry. Be patient with your weight. Sleep at least 8h/night. Good luck!
