Eat well and more of: If your food is rich in calories and you eat enough in quantity and eat every 3-4 hours, you can gain weight.. The foods that you should eat include: dairy like milk, yogurt, cheese and milk shakesone of these with each meal.Also eat eggs daily and ampleamountsof nuts like almonds , cashews and meats will all give you plenty of calories.
