Need to see Doctor: How long have you had them? Since they are not painful, it seems unlikely to be herpes. There are other sexually transmitted diseases that can look like this, or they can be benign spots called penile pearly papules, which are of no concern. Only an experienced doctor can sort this out; you may wish to see a urologist, who specializes in penile diseases, or a dermatologist (skin Dr). Good luck
