Yeast infection?: Yeast loves to grow in warm, dark, moist places on your body. It could be a yeast infection. A staph infection is another possibility. You could try treating it with a yeast-cream. If it doesn't go away, you might need an antibacterial ointment such as Mupirocin (Need a prescription). Ultimately, if it doesn't go away, its best to have a doc look at it and recommend treatment.
