Not exact: Hi. I know of no nomogram relating those 3 variables (doesn't mean one doesn't exist; gyn fertility might have a more exact estimate), but off the cuff, I'd say your chances are pretty good, assuming there are no male factor issues. Make sure you practice a lot! ;-) Good luck!
