AMH levels: An AMH level of over 4.0 is considered excellent for fertility, and infertility or sub-normal fertility is associated with levels below 1.0. At 39, fertility is diminished statistically, but consult a reproductive endocrinologist physician to manage fertility treatment if pregnancy is not achieved within six months of sexual activity at the time of ovulation (detected by an ovulation kit).
