No: We have found that trying to do treatment on a cycle where the fsh normalizes, give patients a better chance of conception- so monitoring from cycle to cycle may help. Another approach is using a androgen prep cycle, where the precursor hormone(s)- testosterone may be depleted. We have tried an AndroGel prep cycle prior to assisted reproduction treatment. If you ovulate, there is still a chance.
