Yes.: Clavam is Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) here in the US, Xyzal is an antihistamine. If you are not taking a monoamine oxidase inhibitor(MOI) and do not have heart disease, high blood pressure, glaucoma, diabetes, prostate enlargement, liver disease, kidney disease, or a thyroid disorder, and do not use Otrivin more than 3 nights in a row so as not to damage the nasal mucosa. Sterile saline(salt) spray /drops are best
