Sinusitis: My first question is how do you know you have "bilateral" sphenoid sinusitis? there is only one central sphenoid sinus and its difficult to diagnosed based on symptoms (pain in back of head or behind eyes). Did you have a CT scan? do you have chronic sinus infections? you have been placed on a standard regimen of antihistamine and antibiotic but I'm not sure why you are on Velgut (reflux).
