Probably not: I'm sorry to hear you feel so bad. Sinusitis, of any or all of the parasinus system is uncomfortable and the ENT needs to accurately diagnose the reason, be it anatomical, allergic or pathogenic. CPAP treatment is rx'd for severe sleep apnea, so i see no compelling reason to stop using it, nasal breathing will be inhibited, bit still pushing through. I feel you should stay with the cpap.
