CT sinuses: no such thing called sphenoid sinus thrombosis, the finding denotes thickening of the lining of the sphenoid sinus, which can be thickened mucosal lining due to inflammation, common, or a cyst, or maybe bone, unlikely. The ordering physician would discuss that further within the clinical context, wish you wellness
