50:50: In general carbs/protein should be equal with a few caveats. If you are significantly overweight and want to get into a mild ketosis "fat burn" state keep the total carbs below 85 g. Increase protein a bit if you were actively muscle building. For exercise and endurance ad carbs as you go. Good health
