About

Bio

I am a Family physician who focuses on integrated wholeness involving body soul and spirit. I have always had a knack for science, especially biology. As a surfer on Long Island I was planning to be an oceanographer, but when I found faith in Christ, I found people too. Medicine was a natural fit. And so was my darling Nancy. 30 years and 3 children later I still love to surf, and I love being a family doctor. I love putting the science of medicine together with the caring of faith. Healthy Body: I am a Certified Health Coach and Regional Director for Take Shape For Life, using proven tools for optimal health. Healthy Mind: I focus on mood disorders and have co-authored a book on Bipolar Depression. Healthy Spirit, I pray, teach and encourage finding and living with purpose. Being Whole
