Ive had elevated monocytes for the last 3 months. ive went to a hematologist and she told me to not be concerned unless i experience symptoms. i wanted to ask if i should push for a bone marrow biopsy to rule out malignancy as thats my main concer?

The best person to decide what tests you need is the hematologist that knows your full history and findings. Making a few vague statements online does not provide anyone with adequate information to change that fact. Share your worries with your doc, or get a second opinion.
