No, it only means your pain is likely not caused by the right ovary which could be absent or atrophic or hidden by adjacent structures. Your stool is yellow which is not really abnormal so I wonder why you mention it. The next imaging test depends on the physical exam and your basic lab results but I think CT of the abdomen and pelvis with oral contrast will be the next step if symptom persists.
