Had my ultrasound scan today and they have told me that i have polycystic ovaries, im wondering what happens next?

Depends: If the ovaries appear polycystic but all of your cycle is normal then nothing need occur, if your cycle is irregular or you are experiencing infertility then you may need medication and/or surgical intervention. Btw pcos is not diagnosed just by u/s.
