See your doctor: Pcos can cause irregular periods. If you do not get treatment for your irregular periods periods, this can increase your risk for endometrial cancer. You could also be pregnant despite negative home pregnancy tests. Please call your doctor so your pain can be evaluated. There could be many different things causing your pain but it is not possible to tell what without you seeing your doctor.
