A bit: Depending on whom you read or talk to, the stripe's limit is 3 or 4 millimeters (mm), so that bears watching. That fibroid is pretty small and should be watched as well. Discuss this with your doctor.

Not at all: A 9 mm fibroid is unimportant, that's about 3/8 inch. Endometrial stripe ranges from about 4 mm to about 15 mm in a cycling woman so that's normal as well. Why was the US done?

Not worrisome: Incidental finding of fibroids, particularly that small, are very common. Your endometrial stripe is well within normal range. I would feel very reassured by this scan. You can always have a follow up US in 6 months or simply follow up immediately if you have any vaginal bleeding.
