Ct showed a solid mass adjacent to the uterus and right ovary, this could be fibroid or solid ovarian mass not excluded. course of action?

An MRI of: the pelvis can usually easily distinguish between a pedunculated/subseroal fibroid and an ovarian mass. Ultrasound may also be able to make the distinction. Talk to your doc about next steps.

MRI : This is not an insignificant issue. MRI is very well suited to help separate the benign from the malignant lesions in that area of the body. You may still need a biopsy to prove it one way or the other
