Probable cyst: Tumor masses are rare right under the areola. If the US and mammo are neg there is a good chance that there is no tumor. Rather the areola, nipple represent the confluence of the mammary ducts, and if the normal hormones effect the terminal duct, fluid builds up in the ducts to present with cystic changes
