As said cyst : The question - what is this cyst? Specifically in case of rapid growth, gynecological examination and treatment is needed.

Cysts can develop: Depending on how large it is - usually, when they are large and develop over a short period of time people have a lot of pain with them. If it is under 6cm, usually they can be observed for spontaneous resolution, but the larger they get the less likely they are to go away on their own. Some people have a higher pain tolerance than others, you may be one of them.
